iPhone Grading List:

New IN Box

This is considered a Sealed in Box iPhone. The seal has never been broken, it looks as if it just came off the shelf at Apple. 

Excellent

This can be a never used iPhone but the box has been opened. Phone may or may not have been activated. Or the phone has been lightly used but looks to be in flawless condition & functions perfectly. Battery health is 95% or above. 

Good

This is a lightly used phone. It functions perfectly but may have minor cosmetic smudges or light scratches. No dings or dents are permitted to be at this grade. Battery health is 90% or above. 

Fair

Phone functions perfectly but has more noticeable signs of use such as moderate scratching, dings and dents on the frame/bezel. The phone must not be bent or warped & show zero signs of liquid damage. Battery health is 80% or above. 

Poor / Cracked

This phone is heavily used and may have heavy and/or deep scratching, chips on the glass, the front or back glass may be cracked. The LCD or OLED however must still be in good condition (No blacked out screen, black portions, lines, burnin etc). The Digitizer (touch) still works perfectly with no dead patches. The phone must not be bent or warped & show zero signs of liquid damage. Battery health may or may not be below 80%. 

BROKEN

This section is for all other issues not previously detailed in the above grades. This phone may or may not turn on, boot loop or have other power management issues. The LCD or OLED might be broken (blacked out screen, or black portions etc) or have white burn in marks on the background. The Digitizer (touch) might be non-responsive and/or have bad patches. The cameras and/or Face ID could be faulty. There may be issues with the buttons, speakers, microphone, wifi, bluetooth, cellular etc. The phone may be bent or warped & show signs of liquid damage. Battery health may or may not be below 80%. 

Other circumstances that may affect your quote:

Engraved Items.

iPhones that have been previously repaired or tampered with. This includes phones with aftermarket (non genuine apple) screens or other aftermarket parts.

Devices that are financed and have not beed fully paid off.

All iPhones are to come with genuine Apple chargers, if they are damaged or missing the grade won't be changed but a deduction may be made for the cost of the charger.

A MacBook is considered in the broken section if there's any functional issues whatsoever, be it software or hardware. This would include but not limited to, broken keys, track pad, web cam, damaged screen etc. This also includes computers that don't power on, boot loop, have major system errors or have batteries that require service. 

Other circumstances that may affect your quote:

Engraved Items.

MacBooks that have been previously repaired, tampered with or contain aftermarket parts.

All MacBooks are to come with genuine Apple chargers, cord + the appropriate watt charging block. If they are damaged or missing the grade won't be changed but a deduction may be made for the cost of the charger.

New IN Box

This is considered a Sealed in Box Apple Watch. The seal has never been broken, it looks as if it just came off the shelf at Apple. 

Excellent

This can be a never used Apple Watch but the box has been opened. It may or may not have been activated. Or the Watch has been lightly used but looks to be in flawless condition & functions perfectly

Good

This is a lightly used Watch. It functions perfectly but may have minor cosmetic smudges or very light scratches. No dings or dents are permitted to be at this grade. Shows zero signs of liquid damage.

Fair

Functions perfectly but has more noticeable signs of use such as moderate scratching, dings and dents on the frame/bezel. Shows zero signs of liquid damage.

Poor

May have heavy and/or deep scratching, medium to large dents on the corners/edges/case. Show zero signs of liquid damage. Has zero functional, software or mechanical issues. 

BROKEN

This section is for any functional issues or physical damage such as a cracked screen or water damage. The device may or may not power on.

Other circumstances that may affect your quote:

Engraved Items.

Watches that have been previously repaired or tampered with. This includes devices with aftermarket (non genuine apple) screens or other aftermarket parts.

All Watches are to come with a genuine Apple charger and appropriate bands, if they are damaged or missing the grade won't be changed but a deduction may be made for the cost of the charger and/or bands.

This is a lightly used phone. It functions perfectly but may have minor cosmetic smudges or light scratches. No dings or dents are permitted to be at this grade. Battery life: Good.
