How does the sales process work?1. First, get a FREE cash offer through our website or over the phone for your Apple or Samsung device. You can call or text us everyday 9:00am - 8:00pm at 619.800.4116 2. After getting your quote you can prepare you device for resale if you'd like to save a few minutes during the selling process, otherwise you can leave your device as is and your Phone Runner's tech will do all the work for you. 3. Next you can set an appointment to sell your device. We are Headquartered in San Diego, CA and operate mobile within the immediate area. This makes it very convenient for customers located in nearby areas such as: Mission Valley, Downtown San Diego, Mission Hills, Hillcrest, NorthPark, SouthPark, Clairemont, La Jolla, El Cajon, Mira Mesa & more. 4. We set up appointments typically at Coffee shops, such as Starbucks. For bulk / enterprise deals we do office appointments for your convenience. It takes about 5 minutes to inspect and pay you for iPhones, iPads, Watches or Samsung phones. It takes about 10-15 minutes for a Mac computer. Sometimes it can take a little longer if the device needs to be charged or if it hasn't already been restored to factory settings.
-
How will I be paid?We pay you CASH by default. However if you prefer, we can also send payment via Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay or Venmo.
-
I don't see my device on your list. Why is that?Phone Runners purchases a wide range of Apple and Samsung products, but not all of them. If you don't see it on the list, we no longer purchase that model. To view our complete list of all the devices we purchase click here.
-
Do I need to be the owner of the device in order to sell it?Yes, or you must have the owner's permission. An example would be a husband selling his wife's phone (with her consent of course). We do NOT purchase devices that have been reported as lost or stolen.
-
How do I reset my device to factory settings before I sell it?We have a whole section dedicated to just that, follow the link to learn how.
-
I forgot my Apple ID (iCloud Account) password, how do I reset it?We all forget our passcodes every once in a while, Apple knows this so they set up a safe guard for it. In fact, they set up three of them. Apple's site explains all three ways of resetting your password in the event you cannot access your account, you'll find the article here.

I can't remember my iPhone or iPad's 4/6 digit pin code lock.Sometimes you've had your old phone/tablet tucked away in your sock drawer for a long time and eventually forget your password. Once again, Apple is to the rescue. Click here and you will be taken to Apple's site and be walked through the process to restore your device. This will erase all the content and settings on the device however so be warned. Note: You will still need to know your Apple ID passcode if "Find my iPhone" or "Find my iPad" is enabled.
